Witnessing the Spirit of the 2025 ISNHS Intramurals

This year’s Ilocos Sur National High School Intramurals has been an exciting experience for me, even

as a spectator. Walking into the campus and seeing the students filled with energy, dressed in their team colors, gave me a sense of pride. The atmosphere was alive with cheers, laughter, and a strong sense of unity. I didn’t join the games myself, but watching my schoolmates perform so well in their chosen sports made me realize how much talent we truly have in our school.

I admired the basketball players the most, not just for their skill but for their teamwork. Every pass, every shot, and every strategy showed how much they practiced and how determined they were to bring pride to their team. The volleyball games were also exciting—each serve and spike was met with loud applause, and the players gave their all until the very last point. Even the track and field events amazed me. Watching students sprint with so much speed and endurance reminded me that sports are not only about competition but also about discipline and perseverance.

What struck me the most was how supportive everyone was. Even those who weren’t part of a team

cheered loudly from the sidelines. Friends encouraged one another, classmates proudly carried banners, and the school grounds felt alive with unity. It wasn’t only about winning but about celebrating the skills and passion of the students.

Overall, experiencing the 2025 ISNHS Intramurals reminded me of the importance of school spirit and sportsmanship. Seeing my schoolmates excel in their sports gave me motivation and pride to be part of this community. It was more than just a competition—it was a celebration of talent, teamwork, and the youthful energy that makes high school life unforgettable.

Vigan city one of the most historical and most visited tourist spots in ilocos sur, ive been living in this wonderful place to the point im taking grant to these sightful sights, so to enjoy it and not take it for grant i and some others decided to go and go to a tour on the place seeing and admiring all the sightful sights, c alle Crisologo is a historic street , renowned for its well-preserved Spanish colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, and role as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Learning and Growing – My Second Quarter Journey

e second quarter of the year has been a time of learning and growth for me. I’ve discovered new things, faced challenges, and learned more about myself along the way. Each day, I tried to pick up something new whether it was a skill, a piece of advice, or simply a lesson from experience. Some days were easy, others were tough, but every moment taught me something valuable. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t always show right away. Sometimes it happens quietly, in small change, in how i think, how i react, and how I keep trying even when things get hard. As i move forward to the next quarter, I’m carrying these lessons with me. I’ll keep learning, keep improving, and keep believing that every step, no matter how small the step or process is
